Il d\u00e9signe les v\u00e9rifications effectu\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es des entreprises. Peu \u00e0 peu, le principe de l\u2019audit s&#8217;est \u00e9tendu \u00e0 d\u2019autres domaines, notamment le social et les RH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceci explique pourquoi l&#8217;un des objectifs premiers des audits sociaux est de v\u00e9rifier la fiabilit\u00e9 et la conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale et la structure organisationnelle des activit\u00e9s sociales de l&#8217;entreprise. Les audits sociaux (appel\u00e9s aussi audits de conformit\u00e9 ou audits RH) font partie du mandat des auditeurs sociaux. D&#8217;autres t\u00e2ches qui ne rel\u00e8vent pas du simple contr\u00f4le lui sont \u00e9galement assign\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quand on parle d\u2019audit social, on fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche d\u2019observation, d\u2019analyse et d\u2019\u00e9valuation, qui va permettre d\u2019identifier les points forts et les risques de la gestion des ressources. Il a pour but d\u2019identifier les causes des probl\u00e8mes d\u00e9cel\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9partement RH pour ensuite mettre en place des actions cibl\u00e9es afin de les r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;audit social des ressources humaines est un examen et une v\u00e9rification des comptes et \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de la gestion du personnel ; il accro\u00eet l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la conception et de la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques et programmes RH. C&#8217;est une approche importante de la planification des ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est effectu\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier si la performance des managers a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quitable dans l&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de leur entreprise.
