Our client based in Luxembourg City is looking for a Digital Marketing & Community Manager (M/F/X) to strengthen its team.

Mission

Digital marketing strategy

  • Develop SEO/SEM strategy as well as Content strategy in collaboration with our CMO for coordination purposes for our different brands

  • Implement the agreed strategy together with your CMO together with marketing team in alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences for the various MDSS brands.

  • Conduct research and stay up to date to identify relevant topics, industry trends, and keywords for SEO

 

Content creation / Social Media

  • Manage social media pages as well as website content with the aim to both increase and drive traffic to both Create high quality and engaging content for various channels including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy to maximise the visibility of our brands online.

  • Using graphic skills, create visually appealing assets that enhance the effectiveness of the content and coordinate with external agencies

 

Reporting

  • Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

  • Prepare reporting and strategies for CMO and Top-Level management.

 

Technology watch

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing and digital media.

Profil

●       Bachelor's degree in Digital marketing, Communications, or related field.

●       More than 5 years professional experience in a similar position.

●       Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

●       Mastery of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.

●       Proficiency in the use of content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with social media platforms.

●       Certificates in Google Ads and as a graphic designer are a plus.

●       Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.

●       Motivation and passion to develop identities for brands and grow together with us.

●       Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a desire to innovate in content marketing.

●       English is compulsory, French is a plus.
