Our client, an industrial group based near Arlon in Belgium, wishes to strengthen its teams and is looking for a Plant Quality Systems Supervisor (M/F) with the following profile:

You will have to define and states the rules and the best practices in interne. Based on the guidelines define by the group and the external organizations.

The Plant Quality Systems Supervisor reports to the plant quality manager.

Mission

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be in charge of all the preparation off the certifications related to quality (like ISO 9001 or FSSC22000),

  • You will oversee the maintenance of certifications from the group, required by the client or local authorities,

  • You will follow internal audit (planning, execution, follow up),

  • You will monitor process indicators,

  • You will be in charge of collecting central data related to quality,

  • You will monitor KPI and will propose actions for progress,

  • You will create the quality manual and plant procedures, working instructions, quality documentations …,

  • You will have to guarantee the training to plant internal auditor,

  • You will have the responsibility for quality training,

Profil

Profile:

  • You have a bachelor/master’s degree in quality, methods, production’ control,

  • You are experienced with at least 5 years of experience in a same position,

  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft office,

  • You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is a plus,

  • Experience with SAP is a plus,

  • Knowledge of quality system (regulations and legislation), environmental, FCA …

  • Knowledge in change management,

  • Analytical and synthesis skills,
