Over the last 15 years, Lauriane has worked in the steel industry, the legal sector, the printing industry, the agri-food industry and entrepreneurship, providing advice, coaching and training.

Responsible for positions of responsibility, she has recruited, advised and supported all types of profiles (young graduates to senior managers), in Luxembourg and abroad.

She has also led large-scale projects and supported companies in their day-to-day development. Lauriane holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations specialising in Luxembourg law, and is accredited to carry out skills assessments, personality inventories and psychometric tests. Lauriane is also a certified ©Golden coach (MBTI).

A graduate of Edhec with a Master’s degree in Management, Géraldine is a passionate professional working in the fields of training, digital marketing and human resources.

She excels at creating and implementing innovative training programmes, while at the same time ensuring the strategic development of the RH Lab training organisation.

At the same time, as a management trainer, she shares her expertise and experience to help professionals develop their skills. In addition, she is currently in the process of obtaining her Master Coach diploma, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.

Her versatility, combined with her passion for learning and development, make her an inspirational leader and a valuable asset to any organisation focused on growth and excellence.

Johanna currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisory & Training within our team. She holds a Master’s degree in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources in Luxembourg, notably in HR Manager positions.

Entrepreneurial, smiling and communicative, she has been able to discover very different professional environments throughout her career, making her both operational and strategic.

Whether in the world of recruitment, service companies or FinTech/RegTech start-ups, she has been able to deploy her expertise in the development of structural, relational and human aspects within the company.

A graduate in Human Resources and Coaching, France is currently Senior HRBP/HR Advisory & Training. With over 15 years’ experience in Luxembourg, she supports organisations and individuals in their development and transformation.

Her diversified career path has enabled her to consolidate solid skills in Human Resources management, managerial support and coaching. She has worked in a variety of sectors, including banking, industry and retail, holding key HR positions.

As an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, France has led strategic and operational projects focused on developing human potential for collective performance. Her expertise covers areas such as recruitment, talent management, training, employment law and HR administration.

Driven by the desire to help managers and employees evolve, it provides strategic and human support tailored to their needs, thereby contributing to their professional success.

With over 10 years of experience in specialized recruitment in Luxembourg, Pierre supports companies in identifying and attracting the best talent.

After starting his career in business development, he joined recruitment firms, first generalist then specialized, where he refined a demanding and results-oriented approach.

His method is based on a deep understanding of business challenges, targeted and strategic profile searches, as well as tailored support for both companies and candidates.

Graduated with a Master’s from BSB – Burgundy School of Business and certified in Luxembourg labor law, Pierre now puts his expertise at the service of RH Lab. He actively contributes to the development of efficient, human, and sustainable recruitment solutions.

A specialist in talent acquisition strategy and recruitment process optimization, he stands out for his ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and to design solutions with high added value.

After gaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources at the IMC Business School in Metz and a work-linked placement with a major industrial group, William naturally decided to continue along this path. He then joined a recruitment agency in Luxembourg to develop the knowledge he had acquired in training and on the job.

Thanks to his experience in different environments, he was able to develop a range of skills specific to the Human Resources professions.

Focused on customer satisfaction, William’s aim is to support and meet the needs of RH Lab’s customers as effectively as possible.

He is currently in charge of HR matters for our company.

With 20 years’ experience in Human Resources within temporary employment agencies, Myriam has held a variety of positions, from agency assistant to recruitment manager, as well as payroll and site manager.

Currently Payroll Manager at RH Lab, she has returned to her first love by specializing in Luxembourg payroll management, a field in which she excels.

Having worked with a variety of sectors such as industry, construction and HORECA, her background has enabled her to develop an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of each sector and an exceptional ability to identify and attract the best talent.

Her expertise in payroll management, reinforced by four years’ experience in France, naturally finds its way into her current role.

Myriam stands out for her commitment to satisfying her customers by providing them with tailored support and solutions, making her a trusted professional.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, specializing in Payroll, Émilie has accumulated over 8 years of experience in Luxembourg in full payroll management and personnel administration.

After several years in a fiduciary firm, she has developed expertise in Luxembourg social law and the specificities related to multi-agreement payroll.

Rigor, reliability, and a sense of service characterize her approach.

Passionate about her profession, Émilie supports companies in securing and optimizing their HR processes, combining technical excellence with a human dimension.

With two years of experience as a payroll manager in a fiduciary company, Lok Yi has developed strong expertise in payroll management, handling the entire payroll process with rigor and precision.

Over the course of her experience, she has discovered a true passion for this profession, which allows her to support clients in managing their employees’ payroll.

Dynamic and attentive, Lok Yi is committed to ensuring the reliability of processes while providing human support and quality guidance within the company. She operates with ease in a multilingual environment and is proficient in Luxembourgish, German, Cantonese, French, and English.

With over 15 years’ diversified experience in administrative and commercial fields, Julie has developed solid expertise in contract management, administrative support and service coordination.

Currently an Office Manager at RH Lab., she stands out for her sharp sense of organization, her exemplary rigor and her ability to lead projects successfully.

Recognized for her ability to anticipate business needs and come up with innovative solutions, Julie is an essential part of the RH Lab team.
