Presentation of the company

RH Lab. is a Human Resources solutions firm, present on the Luxembourg territory since May 2018. Lauriane MARLIER, Director of RH Lab., has founded this firm in response to the lack of priority given to the HR function in many small and medium-sized companies. The aim is to enable all types of organisations to acquire the key skills of HR specialists to increase the commitment and performance of their human capital.

RH Lab. works mainly with Luxembourg and French VSEs/SMEs, but also with French or Anglo-Saxon groups with branches in France and/or Luxembourg.

The cross-functional nature of the HR function and the business expertise developed through time-sharing assignments enable RH Lab. specialists to work in all types of business sectors.

RH Lab. will be 4 years old this year!

Initially established in Niederanven, the start-up is now strategically located in the south-west of Luxembourg, in Rodange (Business Center Bronimmo), close to the French and Belgian borders, at the heart of cross-border industry and a stone’s throw from the railway station.
