Over the last 15 years, Lauriane has worked in the steel industry, the legal sector, the printing industry, the agri-food industry and entrepreneurship, providing advice, coaching and training.

Responsible for positions of responsibility, she has recruited, advised and supported all types of profiles (young graduates to senior managers), in Luxembourg and abroad.

She has also led large-scale projects and supported companies in their day-to-day development. Lauriane holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations specialising in Luxembourg law, and is accredited to carry out skills assessments, personality inventories and psychometric tests. Lauriane is also a certified ©Golden coach (MBTI).

A graduate of Edhec with a Master’s degree in Management, Géraldine is a passionate professional working in the fields of training, digital marketing and human resources.

She excels at creating and implementing innovative training programmes, while at the same time ensuring the strategic development of the RH Lab training organisation.

At the same time, as a management trainer, she shares her expertise and experience to help professionals develop their skills. In addition, she is currently in the process of obtaining her Master Coach diploma, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to personal and professional development.

Her versatility, combined with her passion for learning and development, make her an inspirational leader and a valuable asset to any organisation focused on growth and excellence.

Ann has over 20 years of HR experience in Luxembourg, in multi-sector environments including finance and innovation.

As a Sr HR Business Partner, she supports organizations, particularly SMEs, in international and multicultural contexts.

Specialized in labor law, talent management, organizational transformation, and communication, she combines strategic vision with operational management, with a real ability to act concretely on the ground.

Ann supports change while ensuring stable, pragmatic, and results-oriented HR follow-up.

Multilingual and certified in various HR assessment and support tools, she moves agilely between different client realities and brings an analytical, pragmatic, and collaborative approach.

Johanna currently holds the position of Senior HR Business Partner / HR Advisory & Training within our team. She holds a Master’s degree in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas, and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources in Luxembourg, notably in HR Manager positions.

Entrepreneurial, smiling and communicative, she has been able to discover very different professional environments throughout her career, making her both operational and strategic.

Whether in the world of recruitment, service companies or FinTech/RegTech start-ups, she has been able to deploy her expertise in the development of structural, relational and human aspects within the company.

With over 10 years of experience in human resources in Luxembourg, Philippe currently works as an HR Consultant & Trainer at RH Lab.

He supports companies on all strategic and operational HR issues, with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and human-centered approach.

His career has led him to work in various structures — consulting firms, international groups, and multisite environments — where he has developed solid expertise in labor relations, talent management, recruitment, labor law, and managerial support.

Committed to being close to operational teams, he ensures the provision of concrete solutions adapted to the realities on the ground.

His management experience as well as his military background strengthen his ability to support change and to structure sustainable organizations.

RH Lab. is strengthening its Recruitment division with the arrival of Frédéric Senet as Head of Recruitment Practice. An expert in executive search and HR advisory, he will leverage his extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg and international markets to drive the firm’s growth.

This appointment is part of the firm’s commitment to strengthening its recruitment expertise and providing closer support to Luxembourg and European companies as they address their talent acquisition and development challenges.

A recognized professional in executive search and HR consulting, Frédéric Senet possesses in-depth knowledge of the Luxembourg market and all its segments. His career has led him to develop and lead executive and leadership recruitment initiatives, both in Luxembourg and internationally. Notably, he spent 15 years at the helm of Essential Values, an executive search firm with offices in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, before moving on to HR strategy consulting, mentoring startups and scale-ups, and brand growth—particularly at Zinzolin Partners.

At RH Lab., Frédéric will be responsible for leading and developing the Recruitment division, strengthening its positioning in high-value-added projects, and supporting clients in identifying key candidates. His arrival will also help further develop synergies between recruitment, HR consulting, payroll, and training—the firm’s four complementary areas of expertise.

Passionate about employment law, taxation and human resources, Joël has more than 30 years of experience supporting companies, employers and employees in Luxembourg, Belgium and the Greater Region.

Throughout his career, he has developed recognised expertise in employment law, social security, payroll taxation, as well as cross-border and international mobility.

Over the years, he has held advisory, management and leadership positions within leading organisations. After beginning his career as a legal adviser to the Belgian Chamber of Representatives and subsequently to the Belgian Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, Joël spent nearly twelve years with the European EURES network, where he contributed to the development of cross-border projects in the fields of employment, vocational training and worker mobility. This experience enabled him to gain in-depth knowledge of European issues and of the challenges faced by companies and employees operating in an international environment.

Joël then continued his career in HR consulting and compensation management at SD Worx Luxembourg, where he held various positions for nearly fifteen years, ranging from Senior Consultant to Head of Tax & Legal. In this capacity, he advised numerous Luxembourg and international companies on legal, social and tax matters, while also developing and delivering specialised training programmes for HR professionals, business leaders and industry experts.

He subsequently joined Securex Luxembourg, where he continued his work in advisory services, regulatory monitoring and knowledge sharing.

Today, Joël brings this extensive experience to RH Lab. as Tax and Payroll Manager & Trainer, with the aim of supporting companies as they navigate an ever-changing regulatory environment.

Known for his pragmatic and educational approach, he places particular emphasis on making often complex subjects clear and accessible. His objective is to provide practical, reliable and operational solutions, while helping companies secure their practices and develop the skills of their teams.

Convinced that knowledge is a key driver of performance, he strives every day to combine technical expertise, strategic vision and a strong commitment to knowledge sharing, providing organisations with long-term support in addressing their human, social and tax-related challenges.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, specializing in Payroll, Émilie has accumulated over 8 years of experience in Luxembourg in full payroll management and personnel administration.

After several years in a fiduciary firm, she has developed expertise in Luxembourg social law and the specificities related to multi-agreement payroll.

Rigor, reliability, and a sense of service characterize her approach.

Passionate about her profession, Émilie supports companies in securing and optimizing their HR processes, combining technical excellence with a human dimension.

With two years of experience as a payroll manager in a fiduciary company, Lok Yi has developed strong expertise in payroll management, handling the entire payroll process with rigor and precision.

Over the course of her experience, she has discovered a true passion for this profession, which allows her to support clients in managing their employees’ payroll.

Dynamic and attentive, Lok Yi is committed to ensuring the reliability of processes while providing human support and quality guidance within the company. She operates with ease in a multilingual environment and is proficient in Luxembourgish, German, Cantonese, French, and English.

With over 15 years’ diversified experience in administrative and commercial fields, Julie has developed solid expertise in contract management, administrative support and service coordination.

Currently an Office Manager at RH Lab., she stands out for her sharp sense of organization, her exemplary rigor and her ability to lead projects successfully.

Recognized for her ability to anticipate business needs and come up with innovative solutions, Julie is an essential part of the RH Lab team.
